Riviera Bread focuses on naturally leavened sourdough made from just four ingredients:

flour, water, salt, wild yeast

Fermentation is long and slow, between 18 and 36 hours. Time develops unique flavor characteristics, allowing for easier digestion and the release of more readily available micronutrients.

We value ingredient sourcing and strive to highlight seasonal, California products. Our flours are certified organic, and stone-ground whenever possible. We hope you’ll love the richness, variation, and texture of these handmade breads.

Riviera Bread is a licensed Class B cottage food bakery (permit#0516194); all products are prepared safely in a home kitchen. Our facility processes wheat, dairy, and nuts.
